You have what is called a "silver round" a one ounce silver medal. It is not a coin, for that it must be made by a countries mint or mints and be backed by that government. Since the 1960’s and even more so today private mints make silver rounds to see to the non coin collecting public. Coin collectors keep away from them as an investment or a collectible. Their value depends on the silver in them. There are thousands of types of them out there and no one has written a reference book about them. One reason may be that the private mints that made them kept no mintage records, so no one knows with are rarer than others. Your silver round was produced to try and get a coin colletor to buy it, for it attempts to celebrate the Standing Liberty quarter. I would say it was made sometime in the 1999-2008 range. Maybe a bit earlier but not much. The chances of you getting a complete answer to your question is very slim.
It’s kind of tough finding info on just this coin, but this is what I found. There seems to be several kinds of walking/standing Liberty coins.
