How rare is the "Fans' Choice #1" Darktrooper action figure with a Gold Coin? I just want to know if its worth opening to put with my colection. Or is it too rare and not worth opening? Whoever can answer me, please do so. =)

Recently I saw that Utah passed a bill to make gold/silver legal currency. I'm not here to debate that issue. I'm trying to understand something though.

If I go buy a gold coin (not bullion) that is made by the government, it will cost me approximately 00. But the "face value" is only . So if I were to go to Utah and pay for something with my gold coin it is only going to buy me worth of stuff? Why the heck would I do that?

I see where a guy in Utah is going to have a depository where you can stash your gold and silver and then have a "debit card" type thing to pay for stuff. Again if the face value is only but you paid much more for the coin why would you do that?
Like I said, I'm not here to actually debate whether or not anything will come of this law. I'm trying to figure out why there would even be a face value if the worth of the coin is much more than the face value?

what would rare coin be?

I was wondering what a rare coin would be and that is more value than what it says? btw i got some these any good value?

i got

1 penny 1958 in the back it says One cent
also i got a 2 dollar bill
also i got a quarter of 1978 with the drummer guy
and i got a one dollar gold(not real gold) coin or so of thomas jeffreson i believe it is
any of this consider rare?
