Check with coin dealers in your area. Tell them you want to buy silver rounds with 1 oz. of silver in each. Also go to the library and look in some of the major coin magazines for mail order companies that sell bulk silver. Most of them don’t have big minimums and the last time I bought some silver rounds they were about 15% over spot. You will have to pay for shipping,handling, and insurance.
Almost never. Best is to find a dealer. The best price I have seen is $3.99 over spot price, but you have to buy 500 or more.
